Vereisten
A certificate of good conduct and morals is necessary to be able to work with young people
Communication skills - being able to explain and motivate clearly and patiently
Didactic skills - being able to provide training and convey techniques
Flexibility and adaptability – dealing with different levels and learning styles
Teamplayer - Being able to work together with other trainers, volunteers
